Highlights

  • Minimum age to compete is 16

  • Competitors can only compete ONE DIVISION except if doing optional extra categories

    • All Female Competitors can compete in Themewear
    • All models can compete in Swimsuit International
    • Bikini and Fitness Models can either do wellness or sports model
    • Figure can do Figure International
    • Male Physique can do Bodybuilding (One Division only)
    • Bodybuilders can do Male Physique
NOMINATION FEE $150 (One Division)
OPTIONAL EXTRA CATEGORY $50 per category
ANB MEMBERSHIP $175 - Valid for 12 months and allows you to compete in any ANB sanctioned event in Australia

TOWNSVILLE - ONE SHOW FORMAT STARTING AT 2PM

1pm     All competitors must be at the venue
1:30pm   Competitors brief
2pm   Show will commence
  • Models to do stagewalk
  • Sports and Wellness Models do same poses as Bikini and Fitness Models with no stagewalk
  • Swimsuit International do symmetry only poses - quarter turns - same as Figure ladies - no stagewalk
  • Figure/Female Physique and Bodybuilders will be doing two rounds - compulsory and symmetry with option of Round 3 free posing
  • Competitors welcome pack and number to be collected from: Muscle and Fitness, 12 Carlton Street, Kirwan from non Friday to noon Saturday prior to show.

General

All assistants, coaches, family and helpers will need to purchase a ticket to enter the venue.  Competitors do not need a ticket.

Before Doors Open we have a strict competitors only allowed into the Venue.  Doors will open approx.. 30 minutes prior to start time.

Competitors please be very careful in regards to your tan and looking after the venue. Competitors must only use toilets designated for their use.

Please try to cover up by wearing long pants and a long sleeved shirt.  Do not lean on walls and if you plan on sitting on seats other than the designated

Competitor seats, please make sure you lay a clean towel over it first.  Anyone caught disrespecting the venue may be asked to leave.  Contest colour

Should be applied before coming to the venue to allow time to completely dry.  DO NOT USE DREAM TAN AT VENUE.  Touch ups may be applied if needed

Prior to going on stage.  Remember the Stage lights can get very hot and if tan not dry will run and streak.
